LIVE ONLINE LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME FOR WOMEN
Her Course to Leadership
A live online leadership programme for women who want to lead with clarity, communicate with confidence and navigate demanding leadership situations.
- 8 live modules, 90 minutes each
- Maximum 8 participants
- Course language: English
- Start: 24 February 2027
Meet Her Course to Leadership
Christl Lang introduces the live online programme, explains who it is for and shows how the small-group format supports women in real leadership situations.
When responsibility grows, clarity becomes essential.
- You carry responsibility, but your role, authority and decision space are not always clear.
- You contribute a relevant point, and shortly afterwards someone else receives the recognition for it.
- In meetings, you are interrupted or your position does not land as clearly as you intended.
- You coordinate people across functions while decisions and responsibilities are spread across different stakeholders.
- You still carry too much yourself, although you want to delegate responsibility more effectively.
- Difficult conversations take more energy than they should because structure or clear wording is missing.
- In hybrid meetings and under time pressure, it becomes harder to stay visible and represent your position clearly.
Leadership starts before a formal management title. It becomes visible whenever you provide direction, prepare decisions, take responsibility and bring others into a shared course of action.
In this programme, you develop a leadership style that helps you act clearly and credibly in different roles, organisations and leadership situations.
Her Course to Leadership combines a structured live programme with practical methods, reflection and exercises based on typical leadership situations.
What you will develop across the programme
Across eight live modules, you work on core leadership situations step by step.
- Clarify your leadership role, responsibilities and decision space.
- Understand how your language, behaviour and presence shape your impact.
- Contribute more clearly in meetings and bring discussions back to your point.
- Delegate responsibility, clarify expectations and give useful feedback.
- Prepare and conduct difficult conversations with more structure.
- Make decisions more consciously and communicate them more clearly.
- Recognise conflict patterns and informal power dynamics earlier.
- Consolidate your learning and define next steps for your leadership practice.

Would you prefer to clarify it personally first?

- What participants share from their work context stays in the group. This agreement is made at the beginning.
Clarity is personal
Credible leadership grows when language, behaviour and action fit your personality, your role and the situation.
In Her Course to Leadership, you work with methods and approaches that you can adapt to your own leadership context.
The goal: lead clearly, act with confidence and remain credible.
Your course instructor: Christl Lang
I combine more than 30 years of leadership practice with many years of experience in professional training, coaching and communication development.
My own leadership path led from team leadership to executive responsibility. I worked mostly in male-dominated environments and know the personal, strategic and organisational demands that come with leadership responsibility.
In Her Course to Leadership, you learn leadership and communication methods that are directly relevant to daily professional practice.
How participants experience Christl Lang’s training
Translated feedback from previous training participants.
“I returned to my job with a lot of new knowledge. The seminar was practical, instructive and full of useful exercises.”
“I can absolutely recommend the seminar. The methods can be transferred into everyday work in a sustainable way.”
“Practical, open and honest. A lot of room for practice and direct exchange.”
What MBA students say about assertiveness in international teams
Feedback from MBA students in Christl Lang’s Assertiveness Training at the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR Berlin).
“In international teams, the same message can be understood in very different ways. I learned how to be clear without assuming that my way is the only way.”
“I’m often less confident when I speak English. The training showed me that keeping my language simple and direct actually helps.”
“I learned that being respectful across cultures doesn’t mean avoiding disagreement.”
“In international teams, we sometimes blame cultural differences when the real issue is that nobody has clearly said what they need.”
“I’m much more aware of the difference between being direct and being disrespectful. That really matters when people have different cultural backgrounds.”
“I used to stay quiet when more experienced or outspoken people dominated a discussion. Now I know how to step in and make my point.”
