Across the eight modules, you will deepen and expand your leadership practice:

Eight live modules with clear learning outcomes
The course builds progressively from one module to the next. All topics are covered, while examples and exercises draw on the group’s experience.
Clarify your leadership role and position
You clarify expectations, responsibilities and decision-making scope and learn to distinguish between them in a way that others can understand.
Assess and consciously shape your impact
You recognise how language, presence and behaviour influence your impact as a leader and learn to shape your presence more consciously.
Be visible and persuasive in meetings
You practise presenting contributions clearly, addressing interruptions, steering the conversation back to your point and explaining your position convincingly.
Delegate responsibility, clarify expectations and give feedback
You learn to delegate tasks and responsibility effectively, discuss expectations and performance clearly, give constructive feedback and enable others to work autonomously.
Conduct difficult conversations in a structured way
You develop a clear approach to preparing challenging conversations, delivering key messages and dealing with different reactions.
Make and communicate decisions
You try out methods for preparing decisions transparently, communicating them clearly and standing by them even when facing opposition.
Recognise conflicts and power dynamics
You recognise interests, conflict patterns and informal power dynamics earlier and derive appropriate courses of action.
Consolidate your learning and define next steps
In the final live session, you bring together the most important methods and decide what you want to try in your next leadership situations.

How you will learn and work
All eight modules take place live via Zoom. Christl Lang teaches the content through direct interaction with the group; questions and exercises are part of every session.

Your course leader: Christl Lang
I combine more than 30 years of leadership practice with extensive experience in professional development.
My own leadership career took me first into team leadership and later into executive management. I worked predominantly in male-dominated environments, so I understand not only organisational charts but also what happens between the boxes. From first-hand experience, I am familiar with the personal, strategic and organisational demands of leadership responsibility, as well as the particular expectations and dynamics that women in positions of responsibility frequently encounter.
In “Frau on Course”, you learn leadership and communication methods that have proven effective in everyday professional life. During the live sessions, you practise applying them appropriately in typical leadership situations.

Who is the programme designed for?
For women who are new to a leadership role, hold project or specialist responsibility, already have some leadership experience, or are actively preparing for their next leadership step.
Do I need formal line-management responsibility?
The content is also relevant to functional leadership, project responsibility and coordination across organisational interfaces.
How is the programme structured?
The programme consists of eight progressive live modules via Zoom. Christl Lang teaches all course content in real time during shared sessions. Supplementary summaries and checklists provide concise recaps of topics already covered. All eight modules are held as live group sessions without recordings.
How much time should I allow?
The eight live sessions comprise a total of twelve hours. Preparation and follow-up are optional. You decide whether and how to try the methods discussed in your everyday work between sessions.
What happens if I miss a session?
Participants can form voluntary learning partnerships if they wish. If you miss a session, the supplementary summaries and an exchange with your learning partner will help you rejoin the next module smoothly. At the same time, your learning partner deepens her own understanding by explaining key ideas in her own words. Participants organise their learning partnerships independently.
Do I have to disclose personal or confidential information?
You decide which professional examples you wish to contribute. What participants share from their working lives remains confidential within the group. We agree on this together at the beginning.
Can my company cover the cost?

Will I receive a certificate of participation?
