ADHD and autism coaching for professionals
The way you think is a strength. In everyday working life, it can still feel like hard work.
In coaching, we develop ways for you to use your strengths effectively and meet the expectations of your working environment with greater confidence. Systemic, practical and clearly focused on work.

You achieve a lot. And yet your working day feels like swimming against the current.
Unwritten rules in the team cost you more energy than the work itself.
Your expertise is valued. But the way you work does not fit the usual processes.
You know what you need. Raising it with your manager is difficult.
What we work on
The starting point is your specific situation, not a standard programme. Typical topics include:
- Work organisation: shaping priorities, focus and structure to fit the way you think
- Communication: stating your needs to your team and manager clearly and objectively
- Workload: managing your energy, recognising overload early and counteracting it
- Career: approaching job changes, applications and new roles strategically
- Leadership: taking on responsibility, with ADHD or on the spectrum
For family members: partners and relatives learn to understand behaviour, defuse misunderstandings and protect their own boundaries.
For employers: Would you like to support a team member in a targeted way? Please get in touch.
What distinguishes my work
Professional focus
For more than 30 years, I have supported people through systemic job coaching, workshops and programmes in a professional context, with methods that work in everyday working life.
Technical working environments
Many years of my own work in technology, IT and mechanical engineering. In training sessions with specialists from these fields, I have often worked with people whose strengths are often overlooked in conventional structures.
Both perspectives
I also know ADHD from a previous ten-year partnership. This shapes my understanding of both those affected and their families.
Professionally grounded
As a Heilpraktikerin (state-licensed non-medical practitioner in Germany) with a focus on prevention, I recognise when an issue goes beyond coaching and refer you on accordingly.
How it works
Three pilot places from late January 2027 · Regular start July 2027. Until I complete my further training in autism, ADHD and neurodivergence in counselling practice with Nicola Pape in June 2027, I am offering exactly three pilot places. This allows me to give each person my full attention.
