VAK Test (English) – Perception Preferences in Work & Communication

Answer the questions strictly in a professional context. Do not switch between work and private life while answering. Some people act differently at work than in private, and mixing contexts dilutes the result.

For each question, rate the three statements by assigning each value exactly once: 1 = rarely true, 3 = moderately true, 5 = very true. This is a forced ranking per question. Each question totals 9 points, and the overall total is always 63 points (7 × 9).

Your results show which channel you naturally use first when you think, decide, learn, and communicate at work: Visual (V), Auditory (A), Kinesthetic (K). Treat the outcome as a snapshot and repeat later for stronger reliability.
