Corporate training and development programmes

Corporate training for leadership and collaboration – developed around your organisation

You want to strengthen leadership, improve collaboration or prepare employees for new responsibilities. Before choosing a format, it helps to be clear about what needs to change in day-to-day work – and what is shaping the situation now.

This means you do not invest in a measure that only looks right on paper. You receive a development approach that fits your organisation, the people involved and the outcome you want to achieve.

Understand first. Develop second.

Before choosing a format

See clearly where development needs to begin

When agreements do not hold, conflicts recur or leaders provide too little direction, training can seem like the obvious answer. Yet similar symptoms can have very different causes.

Example 1

Conversations do not lead to commitment

Is there a lack of communication skill – or are responsibilities and decision-making authority not clear enough?

Example 2

A team is working against itself

Is there a lack of willingness to cooperate – or do goals, interfaces and conflicting expectations keep recreating the conflict?

Example 3

Leaders delegate too little or slip into micromanagement

Is there a lack of practical tools – or are accountability, decision-making authority and expectations not sufficiently clear?

Corporate training is useful when missing skills are holding development back. When the causes lie in unclear roles, conflicting goals or difficult interfaces, the intervention must take those connections into account too.

The result is not exercises for an ideal world, but practical work on real conversations, decisions, interfaces and leadership situations from your organisation.

Typical starting points

When external support can help

You do not need to know yet which training or programme you need. The first question is what situation you want to address and what should work better afterwards.

Leadership transition

New leaders and leadership teams

People take on responsibility, roles change and expectations need to be clarified again. Professional expertise alone does not create a shared leadership practice.

Collaboration

Teams, functions and interfaces

Agreements do not work, responsibilities remain unclear or different functions pursue understandable yet conflicting goals.

Conflict

Tensions that burden work and performance

Different perspectives have become entrenched. Conversations go in circles or important issues are avoided, even though the consequences are already being felt.

Technical work environments

Technical experts moving into leadership

High professional expertise meets new demands: providing direction, clarifying expectations, standing behind decisions and reaching people across specialist boundaries.

Shared responsibility

A shared view strengthens how people work together

Perhaps only your leaders initially need support. But if the cause lies in how people work together, the expectations, contributions and conditions of the other people involved also need to be visible.

Leaders

Create clarity and commitment

Clarify roles, make expectations understandable, delegate responsibility, stand behind decisions and address difficult issues.

Employees

Actively shape responsibility

Ask for information, give feedback, keep agreements, raise problems early and understand one’s own impact on collaboration.

Organisational conditions

Enable the right conditions

Design goals, decision-making authority, interfaces and processes so that the desired behaviour is actually possible in day-to-day work.

The result is not an isolated training measure, but a shared understanding of how leadership and collaboration can become effective in your organisation.
From your concern to the right measure

How it works

You do not need to bring a finished concept or have resolved internal tensions already. The amount of clarification needed is determined by your situation.

You describe your situation

In the initial consultation, we look at the reason for your enquiry, the people affected, the desired change and the conditions in your organisation.

We include the information that matters

You learn whether the information available is sufficient or whether other people involved should also be heard.

You receive a clear recommendation

You know who should be involved, what needs to be worked on and which time frame and approach are appropriate.

Implementation remains practical

The work addresses real conversations, decisions and situations. Agreed follow-up steps support application in day-to-day work.

Frequently asked questions before commissioning a programme

Here you will find the key answers on preparation, proposals, delivery and confidentiality.

What information do you need for an initial assessment?

Information about the reason for the enquiry, target group, desired change, number of participants, timing and organisational conditions is helpful. A finished training concept is not required.

When is an in-depth analysis useful?

When different expectations need to be brought together, complex causes need to be understood or robust development goals need to be developed. Options include structured interviews, stakeholder conversations, facilitated briefings or a review of existing documents. Scope, outcome and fees are agreed in advance.

How does the clarification process work through to a proposal?

In the initial consultation, we clarify the reason for the enquiry, target group, desired impact and framework. If the information is sufficient, you receive a recommendation and a proposal. If a more in-depth analysis is required first, this is offered separately.

Do you need several contacts in our organisation?

For coordination, one central contact is generally useful. Additional perspectives can be included through interviews or stakeholder conversations, while central coordination remains clearly defined.

How are participants involved before a programme begins?

Depending on the brief, participants receive a short questionnaire in advance about prior knowledge, expectations and specific concerns. Their responses support fine-tuning and build a sound basis for the work.

How is confidential feedback handled?

Personal information is treated confidentially and is not passed on to the client in an identifiable form. Agreed feedback to HR or other responsible parties is provided at an overall level, without identifying individuals.

What formats and delivery options are available?

Depending on the goal, a single workshop, a coordinated series or a development programme may be appropriate. Delivery can be in person, online or as a tailored hybrid format. Facilitation or individual coaching can complement a corporate programme where helpful. What matters is not the number of formats, but their contribution to the agreed goal.
