In order to be able to tailor your company training, I need to understand your company and your needs.

Ideally, we therefore discuss the details in a 30-minute meeting and define the optimum approach.

Here is a brief insight into the subject areas:

  • Goals and expectations: Which skills should be strengthened (e.g. leadership, communication, conflict management)?
  • Participant profile: Who takes part (career starters, specialists, managers)?
  • Group size: number of participants, age structure and team composition.
  • Focus on specific topics such as team development, change management, time management and stress management.
  • Format and location: face-to-face, virtual or hybrid? Should the training take place on site?
  • Industry-specific requirements: Are there any special features that we should take into account?
  • Budget and time frame: What are the framework conditions?

Based on this (and possibly other) information, I design a customized and coherent offer for an individually tailored concept.
