Face-to-face training for women in leadership in Lucerne

For female managers and women who want to grow into leadership. For clarity, attitude and an appearance that suits you.

We take a sober look at the reality that women are often judged differently in a business context. We practise how to switch gears professionally without becoming harsh or bending.

A compact 2-day training course on site, with clear methods, room to practise in a small group and routines that work in everyday life.

Do you know these situations?

  • You make a suggestion, it is ignored, a colleague says the same thing and receives recognition.
  • They present figures and receive feedback on the tone or outfit.
  • They say no to additional tasks and immediately feel guilty.
  • You successfully manage a project and the feedback says nice or hard-working instead of competent.
  • A promotion is coming up and suddenly there's a new colleague in front of you.

This is exactly where classroom training comes in.

Agenda compact
Each block with a situation and what you can do afterwards.
Block 1 Elevator Pitch
Situation
You are spontaneously asked in Steering what you are responsible for, and in the next sentence you are given two additional topics.
After this block, name your role and scope of responsibility in one sentence, clearly mark your mandate and scope and consciously decide what belongs to you and what does not.
Block 2 Tonality and facial expressions
Situation
You say something factual, someone reacts with a small smile or eye roll, and you notice how your tone immediately becomes more defensive.
After this block, you will be able to recognize stress signals in your voice and facial expressions, consciously control them and remain calm, clear and present even in the face of subtle provocation.
Block 3 Solution-focused rhetoric
Situation
In meetings, people spend a long time explaining why something doesn't work, and in the end you are left with the pressure of expectations.
After this block, you will translate problems into options, stop conversational loops, lead the way to decisions and formulate conditions and priorities in such a way that you do not slip into commitments that you later regret.
Block 4 Moderation techniques
Situation
You moderate a meeting, there is a lot of talking, in the end there is no decision and the open points end up back with you.
After this block, you structure meetings in such a way that decisions become visible, secure binding responsibilities and prevent diffuse residual tasks from automatically ending up in your area.
Block 5 Group dynamics
Situation
A coalition is formed in the group, two colleagues agree non-verbally, and your proposal is declared a side track without it being openly stated.
After this block, you will recognize roles, alliances and status signals more quickly, understand what is happening in the system and maintain your position without tipping over into adaptation or battle mode.
Block 6 Feedback and appraisal interviews
Situation
An employee repeatedly fails to deliver, but reacts sensitively as soon as you bring it up, and the conversation threatens to tip over.
After this block, you will be able to conduct difficult conversations in a structured way, separate the relationship from the matter in hand, give feedback in a way that is understood and reach clear agreements, even when emotions are involved.
Block 7 Presentation techniques
Situation
You are presenting to people with different levels of prior knowledge. Some have reservations, others have their own interests, and you sense that not everyone wants you to be convincing.
After this block, you can read your audience quickly, build a storyline that picks up on different levels of knowledge and place your core message in such a way that it carries even with reservations, without justification loops.
Block 8 Self-image, impact, 6-week plan
Situation
You get mixed signals. Some call you competent, others call you nice. They want clarity about what you keep and what you change.
After this block, you will know the gap between self-image and impact, have clear scenarios for pressure situations and go out with a 6-week plan that contains concrete behavioral anchors and priorities.
Tip: Tap on a block to open it. The accordion folds neatly underneath each other on the cell phone.

Lead clearly. Appear confident. Stay effective.

Why this classroom training?

Because you want to lead without bending.
And because practice on site works faster than theory.

1. you want to lead, your way.
Showing presence, making decisions, making an impact, without conforming and without taking on a tough role.

2. you want less justification, more clarity.
For tone, clarity and tempo. This is where you sharpen your language and posture so that you remain in the room.

3. you want impact without theater.
You don't need a new character, you need a clean repertoire that suits you.

4. you want to keep leadership and life compatible.
Clarity, structure and space for family, friends and leisure, without internal pressure.

5. you want to try it out, not just understand it.
Face-to-face training creates a protected space for real situations, feedback and new routines.

What participants say

Experiences from my trainings and programs. Names and individual details are partly adapted.

In the past, I often made myself look small in meetings, even though I was prepared.
During training, I realized how much "having to look right" slows me down.
Today, I'm calmer, clearer and less likely to be put off.
"I lead without explaining myself."

- Mara S., 29 (anonymized)

Before, I took a lot of things with me because I thought: that's just part of it.
The training made me realize what is really my responsibility and what is expectation noise.
It wasn't all easy after that. I positioned myself properly.
"My everyday life no longer feels like permanent justification."

- Alina K., 31 (anonymized)

I was new to the role and felt I had to deliver twice to be taken seriously.
During training, I understood what effect I was creating without realizing it.
I was no different after that. I was me. Just clearer.
"Today, I am seen as a guide, not a helper."

- Tessa R., 27 (anonymized)

"I returned to my job enthusiastic and with lots of new knowledge. The seminar was exciting, informative and full of practical elements."

- Christine Kaulen, Training & Personnel Development Officer, Lufthansa AG

"I can absolutely recommend the seminar on promoting female competence in a business context. Methods that have a lasting effect and can be applied in everyday life."

- Viktoria David, HR Manager, arvato eCommerce (Bertelsmann Group)

Security and trust in the group

Many women ask themselves before booking: How personal will it be in the group?

The framework is clear:

  • Small group with similar responsibilities and similar questions.
  • Confidentiality is jointly established at the beginning.
  • You decide which examples you bring in.
  • Practical cases, reflection and tools, instead of live coaching in front of an audience.

Important: Nobody is exposed. It's about empowerment and clarity.

Frequently asked questions

Basics & target group
Who is the training for?
For women in a business context who already lead or are about to lead. You want to appear more confident, communicate clearly, delegate cleanly and frame conflicts constructively at an early stage, with practical relevance instead of slide theory.
Note for highly regulated environments
If you work in highly regulated environments such as banks, authorities, NGOs or church organizations, we will briefly clarify in the introductory meeting whether the format and framework are suitable for your environment.

Open introductory meeting
I speak Schwyzerdütsch. Does that fit?
Yes. Schwyzerdütsch is often just right in everyday life and in a Swiss business context. I understand it well, even though I'm originally from Munich. When people come from other regions or countries, it's sometimes helpful to consciously switch to written German or a more neutral, slower version. Relaxed, and without bending over backwards. If you need this in your job, this face-to-face training is a good place to practise it in a relaxed manner.
How big is the group?
Maximum of 8 participants, for focus, closeness and progress.
Procedure & contents
How does classroom training work?
Two days, clearly guided, with methods, exercises, feedback and transfer. You work on real situations from your everyday life and leave with formulations, structure and routines.
Are there any records?
The training itself is not recorded. Video can be arranged as an optional feedback tool for individual exercise sequences, only for the people involved.

Your video recordings will be password-protected and made available to you for download from our GDPR-secure server.

EU companies: Direct booking, invoice to company, VAT number, payment by bank transfer.

Payment by installments: Payment by installments is not currently standard. There may always be a situation where you need it. If you would like to pay in installments, please write to me briefly and we will look together to find a suitable solution.
